Smelled like smoke. Light didn't work in main area. Furniture old and "yard sale" like shabby. TV and microwave plugged into extension cord. Bed not comfortable. Plumbing (toilet) made loud belching noises intermittently. Definitely not worth the $500 for 2 nights. Would not stay here again.

No bathrooms in lobby or breakfast area - breakfast area needed to be cleaned- breakfast was not good (fruit was rotten) - room could have been cleaner - bed uncomfortable -location good - no flat screen tv - did have a small micro and refrig in room which was a plus - hotel overall was run down - area was a safe area and staff was very pleasant

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was very nice and the staff even kept it open a little longer on the day following the James Taylor concert. I would not hesitate to book this venue again. They let us have a late check out and the pool was clean and refreshing. Stayed July 4 weekend 2016

Nothing not to like.

The room was small but beautifully renovated and clean, making for a cozy stay. The common area had a lovely vibe with great drinks, though I noticed housekeeping didn't clean my room during the visit .

Very run down facility that was highly overpriced. Broken faucet and toilet seat, squeeky door.

The hotel was super close to Tanglewood!

The overall price of the room was very high considering the condition of the rooms. They were very dingy and had a lingering odor.

Staff was welcoming. They were able to answer all questions about the area. Rooms were clean and pool was clean. Breakfast had just what we needed for a quick bite.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it was convenient with particularly good and perfect location up a hill. Exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, cable programming and a microwave oven.

I loved the elegant decor and cozy ambiance in the lobby. Accessible spaces with warm seating.

Improve parking area accessibility for seniors.

Something in the room caused a reaction for two of us. I was all stuffed up and another was coughing an couldn't sleep. We did not have the AC on.

The location was close to where we wanted to be. The staff was nice. The place was clean. Definitely less expensive than most other properties around that location.

The bed needs a new mattress as we sunk toward the middle. The clock was broken. The shower head was very low as we are 6' and it only came chest high.

I recently enjoyed my time at this lovely motel, where the lobby's warm seating and tasteful decor created a very inviting vibe. The staff were friendly. The parking area could use better accessibility for seniors, which would improve the comfort for all guests.

Manager, (Laura), was the best part of the stay!! She has a great personality and was very knowledgable of the area, suggesting dinning options etc. SHE DESERVES A BIG RAISE! Made our stay and many of guests, wonderful.

The Days Inn in Lenox exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel. Cleanliness stood out. My room sparkled, and the bedding felt fresh and cozy. Plenty of amenities like a microwave, fridge, and a large tv. Wi-Fi worked seamlessly. The continental breakfast had just what I needed to start the day right. The front desk staff, Babita and Peter, offered fantastic service. They were genuinely cute and professional. Only downside was the parking lot. It felt cramped and could be challenging for seniors to navigate.
